We are congratulating our orthodontist Dr. Eung-Soo Kim on his appointment as the president of KSO (Korean Society of Orthodontists).

With 24-years of history and over a hundred current members, KSO is the Korean Orthodontic Association that is comprised of dentists who have completed orthodontic trainings in Korea and/or foreign countries. To be qualified for a full member of KSO, associate members are required to pass strict five-step screening and examination aligned with the ABO (American Board of Orthodontics) within 5 years of enrollment.  

Starting in February, he will have a 2-year tenure.

“I will make my best efforts to raise awareness of the necessity of professional orthodontic treatment to Koreans and propose a guideline for good orthodontic clinics,” said Dr. Kim.

We hope that he will greatly contribute to the advancement of orthodontic dentistry in Korea.
