2013 Customer Service Award

We have been awarded the 2013 Customer Service Award from WhatClinic.com, a global website used by more than 12 million people a year.
The awards were based entirely on information from WhatClinic's users. With more than 100,000 clinics listed on the website, only a small fraction - less than 1% - met their highest standards for enquiry handling, excellent feedback and customer service.
We feel honoured to be the only clinic awarded in Korea!
